2025 Arts & Crafts & Food Fair

Until May 1st at Midnight Central, Arts & Crafts Vendors will be reduced by 40% in celebration of our 40th anniversary!  

*Discounts have already been applied in the cart, but please remember that vendor fees will return to normal full pricing starting May 2nd* 

Vendor Applications are located at the bottom of this page. Methods of submitting applications:

1. Preferred Method: After payment is submitted online on our website, please print out the application, complete it, and then scan your application to send it by email to our festival committee.  Email is: littlebalkansdays@gmail.com

2. Mail your physical application to us.  Send to PO Box 1933 in Pittsburg, KS 66762. 

The Arts & Crafts, Antiques and Food will be set up throughout Lincoln Park located at 813 Memorial Drive in Pittsburg, KS on Saturday, August 30th from 8:30AM - 5PM.

Booths will be assigned as applications and fees are received. 

Electricity is $10 extra for non-food vendors and $25.00 for food vendors and there is a VERY limited supply. Vendors are responsible for all cords and hookups. 

Vendor parking will be provided near the festival location and check in will occur at a location to be determined and announced later.

Setup Time is Saturday, August 30th at 6:30 a.m. Vendors Must Be Setup and Open for Business No Later than 8:30 A.M. and Event will end at 5:00 p.m. No early tear down is permitted.

 ALL VEHICLES & TRAILERS MUST BE REMOVED FROM AREA BY 8:00 A.M. 

We strongly encourage artisan and handmade crafts in the festival and would love to see demonstrations!
