Get ready for a delicious hands-on cooking experience! Learn knife skills and how to make classic Southeast Kansas ethnic dishes with local volunteers. With two hands on recipes and one demo, you'll get to taste everything you make and take home the recipes. 

 Fun and easy class for all skill levels- Yo Yo’s!! Learn to sew fabric Yo-Yo’s using only a needle, thread and buttons while creating a lovely tea towel to enjoy at home! All supplies are provided. 

Patrons at our Pasta School will prepare homemade pasta together, seasonal fillings, sauces and more. You will spend a relaxing evening immersed in the cultural of local Italian cuisine.

Reminisce and learn about the history of southeast Kansas from local celebrities. Event will begin at 6:30PM in the Frisco Event Center.

Between August 29th at 8AM to 10PM on August 31st, patrons that show their Little Balkans Passport at Kansas Crossing Casino will receive $10 in Crossing Cash!
